Umami is the fifth basic taste, described as savory or meaty, and is found in foods like aged cheeses, cured meats, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Umami is a Japanese word that translates to “pleasant savory taste” and was formally identified as a distinct flavor due to its connection to glutamate, unlike the general English term “savory” which lacks that specific scientific grounding.
There should be a lot of potential end users in the restaurant space. I would think there could be a celebrity chef or two that might want the domain name.
