City of Mountain Home reports November sales tax collections


The city of Mountain Home collected $590,802 in sales taxes for November, reflecting September sales, a 2.96% increase from $573,845 collected during the same period last year. Year-to-date collections are up $65,202, or 1%.
Mountain Home’s share of county sales tax totaled $282,036 for the month, up 3.37% from $272,849 last year. Year-to-date, the increase is $55,897, or 1.8%.




The public safety sales tax brought in $221,551, an increase of 3% over last year’s $215,192. Year-to-date collections are up $24,450, or 1%.

Park improvement sales tax collections totaled $295,401 for November, exceeding the monthly 2025 bond payment of $218,173 by $77,227.

Collections for parks operations sales tax totaled $147,700 for the month.
