Mountain Home’s share of the county sales tax totaled $299,884, up $8,095.56, or 2.77%, from the same month last year. The year-to-date increase for the city’s portion is $46,710, or 1.7%.
The Public Safety Sales Tax brought in $233,690.15 this month, compared to $227,803 last year – an increase of $5,886, or 2.6%. Year-to-date collections are up $18,091, a 0.8% increase.
The Park Improvement Sales Tax generated $311,586 for the month, which is $93,412 more than the $218,173 needed for the 2025 monthly bond payment.
The Parks Operations Sales Tax brought in $155,793 for the month.
