The Flippin School Board will hold its regular meeting Monday at 6 in the boardroom of the district’s central office.
The agenda includes under new business, board members will hear the principals’ report and student data report; consider several personnel hires; accept a resignation; review master plan components; consider a state-required policy change; act on an FMLA extension request; discuss a Christmas bonus; and set the date for the December board meeting.





Personnel recommendations include hiring Jennifer Holland as cook effective Dec. 1; Vanessa Chaisson as preschool teacher retroactive to Nov. 3; Dale Horn as bowling coach for the 2025–2026 school year; Jessie Jefferson as homecoming coordinator beginning in the 2025–2026 school year; and Jessica Mitchell and Christy Chism as junior and senior cheer co-sponsors, both retroactive to Nov. 3. The board will also consider the resignation of Jefferson as homecoming coordinator, effective Nov. 8.

Additional new business items include review of master plan components, a state-required policy change presented by Amy Robson, an FMLA extension request, Christmas bonus plans, and other district matters.
