Adult found dead at swimming pool in Minneapolis apartment building

On Saturday night, an adult was found unresponsive in a swimming pool at Churchill Apartments on Marquette Avenue in Minneapolis.

The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office said the call came in at 10:21 p.m. for an adult found unresponsive in the pool, who had been there for an unknown amount of time.

Paramedics said the person was dead at the scene.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death and release the person’s identity. The incident is under investigation.
