Taylor has released a new book titled “Less Stress. More Connection. Helping Busy Families Make Time for What Matters Most,” a project born from years of watching students and parents juggle overwhelming schedules and growing pressure with fewer meaningful moments together.
KTLO News spoke with Taylor, who shares the process of writing the book.
Listen:
In the book, Taylor argues that today’s “hard-driving culture” leaves families moving so fast that they rarely slow down long enough to understand where life is taking them. He writes that we now “stand at a crossroads” a point where families must be willing to look honestly at their routines, their priorities and the impacts of constant busy schedules.
Listen:
Taylor’s book explores practical steps for creating that connection, from reclaiming family rhythms to setting boundaries around time, technology and expectations.
By writing the book, Taylor hopes to give parents the tools, permission and confidence to slow down and re-center their lives around relationships not obligations.
“Less Stress. More Connection. Helping Busy Families Make Time for What Matters Most” is now available on Amazon.com.
