Vivian community mourns loss of Officer Marc Brock at candlelight vigil

The City of Vivian and surrounding communities came together to honor the memory of 25-year-old police officer Marc Brock, who was killed in the line of duty, with a candlelight vigil at North Caddo Football Field.
