F-15C declares in-flight emergency in skies above Fresno, lands safely

An F-15C fighter aircraft assigned to the 144th Fighter Wing in Fresno declared an in-flight emergency due to a landing gear issue, but the pilot safely returned to base with the help of established procedures and support from a second aircraft.
