West Baton Rouge voters to decide library tax renewal after earlier defeat
Voters in West Baton Rouge Parish will once again determine the future of their public libraries. A tax renewal that failed earlier this year is back on the Nov. 15 ballot, and library leaders say the community has a lot to lose if it doesn’t pass.
