UDAF issues health advisory after baby formula recall linked to infant botulism

The Utah Dept. of Agriculture and Food (UDAF) has issued a public health advisory regarding a nationwide recall of all ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula products after they were linked to infant botulism.
