The Utah Dept. of Agriculture and Food (UDAF) has issued a public health advisory regarding a nationwide recall of all ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula products after they were linked to infant botulism.
The recall comes after the formula was linked to 13 confirmed cases of infant botulism — a fatal medical disease caused by nerve toxin release from bacteria — across the country.
