Safe Neighborhood grant helps St. Landry Sheriff’s Office upgrade narcotics division

The St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office has used a DOJ grant to significantly reduce criminal activity in the parish, resulting in 51 felony arrests, the seizure of over 3.5 pounds of crystal meth, 24 pounds of marijuana, 1.17 pounds of fentanyl, and over 50 firearms.
