Legal response filed against Arkansas father accused in death of  daughter’s suspected abuser

Aaron Spencer is facing charges of second-degree murder for shooting Michael Fosler, who was accused of raping his daughter, after Spencer’s wife reported their daughter missing and Spencer followed Fosler’s truck and fired 16 shots at him.
