From stray to star: Pup’s rescue to tire shop mascot fame

When Shreveport-Bossier radio personality Krystal “Chica” Montez attended a wedding in East Texas she did not expect to almost run over a stray pup. Remembering that night she said, “I mean when I tell your I did not know, you just saw this little white spot and I’m like oh my gosh and so obviously that’s what made me panic and stop and realize ok, that’s a puppy.”
