Dispute at Crowley council meeting leads to threat of $100M lawsuit

Crowley Alderman Vernon Martin has filed an ethics complaint against Crowley Mayor Pro Tem Sandy Marx and said he is suing both the City of Crowley and Marx for $100 million each.
