Utah state representative calls for impeachment of judge following redistricting decision
Following a late-night ruling in Utah’s redistricting case that overturned the legislature’s chosen map, one Utah state representative has called for impeaching the judge in the case.
Representative Burgess Owens (R-Utah) has written an open letter to Utah's Third District Judge Dianna Gibson following her ruling on the state's redistricting ruling last week. He accused her of acting "as the architect of Utah’s congressional map".
