Mountain Homemade and Advanced Aesthetics Med Spa installed new signs.
Paradice Ice Cream and Tsunami Express also added signs.
Mt. Home Painting built a new commercial parking lot.
Lockeroom Sporting Goods and Greggs Farm Services completed sign upgrades.
AR Care, GTS Physical Therapy, and Nails Love also made commercial improvements.
Residential projects
Homeowners also made a range of updates:
Jim Griffin and Ron Aloisi added onto their homes.
Merle and Sandra Hawkins, David Olmsted, and Richard and Jolene Beach completed remodels or built accessory structures.
Jonathan Hart completed the largest project, a $140,000 home remodel.
City officials say the permits generated more than $1,500 in fees.
