On October 30, detectives received information regarding a 16-year-old who was in a relationship with 50-year-old Yasser Abdouh Mohmmed Alssiady.
Investigators learned Alssiady recruited, enticed, and engaged in sexual acts with the victim. Alssiady allegedly exchanged money, a rental car, and use of another vehicle with the victim as payments for the sex, officials said.
Alssiady was reportedly arrested on Friday, Nov. 7, and charged with trafficking a person under 18 and first-degree criminal sexual conduct. He was booked into the Moss Justice Center in York County without bond.
