SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A multi-vehicle crash on the southbound lanes of Highway 101 in San Francisco is causing traffic delays Monday morning. According to the San Francisco Fire Department, the crash is just past the tunnel at the Gorgas off-ramp.
