BOSSIER CITY, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Students in the Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC) Culinary Arts program have curated their first-ever Fall Holiday Menu.

The menu is designed to provide convenient gourmet food while taking away the stress of holiday cooking.

Orders are available in various serving sizes and feature a variety of seasonal favorites packaged fresh and ready to heat and serve.

The menu includes:

  • Sliced turkey with gravy
  • Sliced pit ham
  • Cornbread stuffing
  • Green bean casserole
  • Sweet potato bake
  • Squash sauté
  • Mashed potatoes with gravy
  • Sweet potato pie
  • Apple pie
  • Pecan pie

Dean of Business and Information Technology Quentin Calhoun said, “This new offering allows our students to showcase their culinary skills while providing the community with quality, chef-prepared meals for the holidays. It’s a great opportunity to support local talent and enjoy a stress-free holiday experience.”

Orders must be placed by November 14. Pickup is available on November 20 from noon to 4 p.m. or November 21 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Quantities are limited, so early ordering is recommended. Orders can be placed here.
