Thursday temperatures: We have experienced some pleasant temperatures over the past few days. It will stay rather warm on Thursday as temperatures will likely begin in the low to middle 50s. Daytime highs will once again be a little warmer as we soar into the lower 80s.
Sunshine to stick around: There is still no rain in sight. Futurecast continues to indicate that most of tonight will be clear with a few clouds possible. We will see plenty of sunshine again on Thursday. Look for a clear to partly cloudy sky on Thursday night, and plenty of sunshine on Friday.
Long-range outlook: A cold front will sweep through the area on Saturday or Saturday night. It still appears that the front will not bring much rain. Temperatures will stay in the lower 80s ahead of the front through Saturday. Behind the front, we will experience some of the coolest air of the season so far early next week. Parts of the ArkLaTex could dip to freezing and below!
Daytime highs will fall into the 50s and lower 60s. Overnight lows will plummet into the low to middle 30s. Another warming trend will set up during the last half of next week as highs return to the upper 70s and lows return to the 50s. Our next hope of rain will probably hold off until the very end of NEXT weekend.
