UPDATE, 11:45 a.m.: The crash near the Scott exit has been cleared, and traffic is flowing freely, DOTD said.

ORIGINAL STORY: LAFAYETTE PARISH, La. (KLFY) — Traffic is moving slowly on westbound I-10 between Scott and Duson, authorities said.

According to an alert from the Department of Transportation and Development, all lanes were blocked at the Acadia/Lafayette parish line near mile marker 99 due to an accident.

That incident has been cleared, but a second accident has blocked the left lane just a mile away, at mile marker 98, near the Scott exit.

This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
