COLUMBUS, Ohio (WOWK) — Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear are ordering U.S. and state flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of former Vice President Dick Cheney.

Cheney passed away on Monday at the age of 84 from complications of pneumonia and cardiac and vascular disease after a life of service, most notably as the vice president to George W. Bush and defense chief under President George H.W. Bush.
