Since Saturday, Nov. 1, cash has no longer been accepted at all concession stands and vending machines, officials said.
“This change is being implemented to enhance the efficiency and security of our services and to provide a more seamless experience for our guests,” said Jennifer Wolcott, Visit Hot Springs Director of Operations. “We encourage all visitors to be prepared with credit or debit cards or mobile payment options when attending events or using amenities at our venue.
Officials stated that all clients of the facilities were informed about the updates ahead of time.
