Budweiser Clydesdales back in Marshall for 2025 Wonderland of Lights
The Clydesdales visit towns across America each year from St. Louis, Missouri, but have not been to Marshall since 2006.
On December 10 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., the Clydesdales will make a special appearance at High Horse 1898 for photos and meet-and-greets.
The Full Hitch appearance at the Wonderland of Lights is on December 11 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in front of the Historic 1901 Harrison County Courthouse. Guests can see the entire team, meet their handlers, and greet their famous dog mascot with photo opportunities available throughout.
The public is also invited to visit the team, which will be housed at the Marshall City Arena from December 8 to 13. Full team viewing will be available on December 8, 9, 10, and 12 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
City of Marshall Mayor Amy Ware said, “We are so excited to bring back this amazing experience for our citizens and visitors. The Clydesdales are a beloved symbol of the holiday season, and their presence adds something truly magical to Wonderland of Lights.”
The Clydesdales’ return is sponsored by R & K Distributors. Corey Brown of R&K explained why.
“Being able to bring back the Clydesdales to the Wonderland of Lights was a dream to start the year, and I’m thrilled we were able to see them return. The Clydesdales coming in the late 90s was a big deal to me as a kid, and I hope that many memories can be made with their return.”
The Budweiser Clydesdales’ full schedule of appearances will be available soon on the Marshall Main Street Facebook page and the Visit Marshall, Texas website and Facebook Page.
The Wonderland of Lights was founded in 1987. It is centered around the Historic 1901 Harrison County Courthouse.
Downtown Marshall is filled with live entertainment, ice skating, carriage rides, and other holiday activities.
The event is regularly regarded as one of the largest and most popular Christmas festivals in Texas and is a major tourist attraction in the area.
