A mystery Kansas Super Cash player has earned a prize of just over $2 million after a drawing on the night of Monday, Nov. 3. The winning numbers for this drawing were 2-5-11-14-27 with a “Super Cash Ball” of 22. The odds of hitting this prize are one in 2,517,200, according to the Kansas Lottery.
“It is always an exciting morning when we wake up to a jackpot winner,” said Kansas Lottery spokesman Cory Thone. “Super Kansas Cash had been rolling for a little while, so the jackpot was really high for a game that starts at $100,000! Congratulations to the winner, and we hope to speak with you soon.”
The winner had to match all five white balls along with the cash ball to earn the jackpot prize. The Kansas Super Cash jackpot prize has been reset to $100,000.
The last time the jackpot prize was won for Kansas Super Cash was on March 12 this year for a prize of $885,000. Before this, a player hit a jackpot prize of nearly $3.5 million on Sept. 25, 2024.
Lottery winners can choose to claim their prizes anonymously and have up to one calendar year to do so. The Kansas Lottery will not reveal where the winning ticket was sold until after it is claimed by the winner. Northeast Kansas consists of the following counties:
