Tracking showers on Sunday; Daylight Saving Ends

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL)- Happy Saturday! After a chilly morning, it has been a wonderful Saturday!

Reminder: Daylight Saving Time ends tonight. This means we gain an extra hour of sleep. However, we will see a very early sunset tomorrow.

Sunday: Our morning temperatures will trend bit warmer tomorrow. Readings will sit in the lower 40s across the area.

We are tracking a cold front that will move in tomorrow evening. This front will bring a chance for isolated showers starting in the afternoon. Unfortunately, rainfall totals will not be impressive.

Next Week: Temperatures will slowly start to warm up next week. By Tuesday, our highs will be back in the 70s, and our lows will be back in the mid-40s.

The latest drought update has shown severe drought has expanded across the region. Unfortunately, we are not tracking any more rain until next weekend.
