Baxter County Sherriff’s Office posts “Do not Trick or Treat” list

The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office has released a list of Level 3 and Level 4 sex offenders in the county as part of public safety measures for Halloween. Under Arkansas law, these offenders are prohibited from participating in Halloween-related activities, including distributing candy or wearing costumes where children are present.
The addresses of registered high-risk offenders were released in accordance with the Arkansas Sex Offender Registration Act. Residents are urged to exercise caution and ensure that children do not visit these locations during trick-or-treating.
