Missing 11-year-old found, Fresno Police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Fresno Police Department has found the 11-year-old girl who they say went missing Monday afternoon.

The news came around 8:30 p.m., about three hours after asking for the community’s help in finding her.

According to police, she was reported missing after not returning home from school. At the time, officers said she was last seen around 1:55 p.m. in the area of Ashlan Avenue and Fresno Street.
