Missing 8-month-old, woman last seen in Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A baby and a 36-year-old woman have been missing for almost a week in Fresno County, the sheriff’s office announced Monday.

Deputies say eight-month-old Sandra Mccarthy and 36-year-old Whisper Owen were last seen Tuesday, July 15, around 5 p.m. in Fresno. The pair is believed to be traveling in a silver 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer, with California license plate: 9LKH008.

Mccarthy is described as one foot 10 inches tall, 17 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a pink onesie. Owen is five feet six inches tall, 145 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.

Anyone who has seen either Mccarthy or Owen is asked to call 911.
