PATTERSON, La. (
KLFY) — A Patterson man is accused of sex crimes with a juvenile, authorities said.
Jaquandre Shemar Williams, 23, of Patterson is charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile, carnal knowledge of a juvenile and computer-aided solicitation of a minor.
St. Mary Parish detectives were called Aug. 21 in reference to a complaint of indecent behavior with a juvenile. Upon arrival, the detective spoke with an Morgan City Police detective who was working on a case involving Williams concerning an incident in the Bayou Vista area.
The investigation obtained evidence that led to a warrant for Williams, authorities said.
Williams was booked into the St. Mary Parish jail on Friday. Bail was set at $75,000.
