Goodwill to host free resource event at newly opened Opportunity Center

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Goodwill of the Southern Rivers is set to host a community resource event, connecting individuals and families with resources that support long-term stability.

Goodwill says people looking for access to identification documents, daycare support and additional skills for higher wage jobs can attend the event and learn about the various resources available to them in the Chattahoochee Valley.

The free event will be held at the newly-opened Goodwill Opportunity Center in South Columbus (1851 South Lumpkin Road) from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
