82-year-old man reported missing, endangered out of West Jordan

WEST JORDAN, Utah (ABC4) — An elderly man has been reported missing and endangered out of West Jordan, according to West Jordan Police.

On Oct. 26, Edward Newhouse, 82, went missing from his residence, police said. Newhouse is reportedly diagnosed with dementia and is not supposed to be driving.

Newhouse was last seen by family members on Saturday, Oct. 25. He may be driving a 2003 silver-colored Saturn passenger vehicle.

“Edward has been listed on NCIC as a missing and endangered adult,” a press release from West Jordan Police states. “If anyone sees Edward or has any information to help locate him, please contact the West Jordan Police Department at our non-emergency dispatch number at 801-840 4000 and reference our case number WJ25-52885.”
