Rock County medical examiner releases name of woman killed in crash

LIMA, Wis. (WTVO) — The Rock County Medical Examiner has released the identification of a 56-year-old woman who was killed in a car crash on Monday.

According to the coroner, Terri Apgar, of Whitewater, was pronounced dead at the scene in the 11000 block of East CTH N in the Town of Lima.

The crash occurred around 7:57 a.m. on October 20th.

An autopsy determined Apgar died as a result of injuries suffered in the crash.

The incident remains under investigation by the Rock County Sheriff’s Office and the Rock County Medical Examiner’s Office.
