The city is looking to fill council position for Ward 3, position 1 which encompasses an area south and west of Highway 178. Those who live within the ward and are registered voters in Marion County can bring their resume to City Hall located at 706 C.S. Woods Blvd. P.O. Box 390 in Bull Shoals.
In speaking with KTLO News, Mayor Bill Stahlman said he was surprised when he heard of Pucci’s resignation and stated she did not attend a scheduled workshop Tuesday evening. When asked if he knew what had led to the former councilwoman’s resignation he stated, “at one time or another we are all faced with that decision” referencing one’s desire to continue to work in local government.
