They are sprinkled around the league, including the Los Angeles Chargers’ Justin Herbert, Denver Broncos’ Bo Nix, Washington Commanders’ Marcus Mariota, and Cleveland Browns’ Dillon Gabriel.
According to the NFL Network’s insider Ian Rapoport on X,
The Broncos had an incredible comeback against the New York Giants in Week 7, led by Bo Nix. Denver was able to score 33 points in the fourth quarter alone, with Nix being the only QB in NFL history to rush for two touchdowns and pass for two touchdowns in the 4th.
Another Ducks star and now starting QB for the Chargers, Herbert set a career high in passing yards (420) and three touchdown passes over the weekend. Los Angeles will next take on the Minnesota Vikings in Week 8 and hopes to keep their second-place spot in the AFC West.
A more recent Oregon alum and Heisman Trophy finalist, Gabriel got called up to the starting position for the Browns a couple of weeks ago. Gabriel led the team to a 31-6 win over Miami in Week 7 and went 13-18 for 116 yards. Cleveland looks ahead to the New England Patriots to improve their 2-5 record.
