Jollibee giving away tickets to fast-rising girl group’s sold-out concert in San Francisco

(KRON) — Fast-rising girl group KATSEYE is going on its first tour, which includes a stop in San Francisco. The tour sold out within hours upon sale, and a second date was added for San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York.

Tickets for both San Francisco dates are completely sold out, according to Ticketmaster. (Good luck buying resale tickets for a pretty penny.)

However, there’s a second chance for “Eyekons” (the group’s official fanbase name) to see their beloved group — without dealing with scalpers quadrupling face value prices.

Jollibee, the popular Filipino fried chicken fast food chain, is giving away two tickets to KATSEYE’s tour stop in San Francisco. The giveaway runs from Oct. 23 to Nov. 9.

In order to enter, fans must be a new or existing Jollibee Rewards member. Those who have signed up with their email will receive a personalized link to their inbox for further instructions. You can sign up for Jollibee rewards here.

The giveaway is also for Toronto, New York, Washington D.C., Phoenix, Seattle, Los Angeles, Sugarland, Texas and Irving, Texas shows. Full contest details can be viewed on Jollibee’s website.

Resale tickets for KATSEYE’s San Francisco concert are starting around $600, according to resale prices on Ticketmaster.

KATSEYE and Jollibee recently announced an endorsement deal in which they released collab merchandise. Jollibee dropped limited-time menu items in honor of the girl group.

The fast food chain brought back its KATSEYE sandwich, which consists of Korean BBQ fried chicken, and fried chicken at all North America locations. Last month, the menu item was a hit and sold out in the first weekend at select locations, Jollibee said.

The group also starred in a viral Gap ad that has gained 400 million views in three days.

KATSEYE debuted in 2024 with the EP “SIS (Soft Is Strong).” They gained fame through their training journey on the Netflix show “Pop Star Academy.” The six-member group of Sophia, Lara, Yoonchae, Daniela, Megan and Manon is set to perform at next year’s Coachella music festival.
