ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A months long investigation has led to the arrest of a Rockford man on child pornography charges.
Chrisitan Crowe, 22 of Rockford, was arrested last Thursday after the Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office issued a warrant for his arrest.
In July, the Rockford Police Sensitive Crimes Unit received information about an individual allegedly in possession of child pornography.
In September, a search warrant was executed at Crowe’s home after he was identified as a suspect. Evidence was collected at the scene with the help of Illinois State Police and the Illinois Attorney General’s Office.
Crow is being held in the Winnebago County Jail.
