BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A Walker man accused of inappropriate interaction with a child was arrested.
The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office said Mark Howard, 39, was arrested after investigators received a cyber tip on Sept. 30. According to Sheriff Jason Ard, Howard allegedly allowed a child to watch sexually explicit images/videos on a device.
Howard was booked into jail and charged with 12 counts of indecent behavior with juveniles.
