Set in an 18th-century household consumed by scholarly obsession, the story uses poetry and philosophy as weapons of control and confusion. Molière’s sharp humor highlights the dangers of self-importance while celebrating the joy of learning.
The cast features Jezek Maxwell, Ava Schorr, Tyla Stewart, Abby Delanoix, and Caleb Barton, among others. Scott Burrell directs the production, with design by Jessie Parr, Andrew Killion, Raleigh Lusignan, and Elizabeth Campbell.
