Ghost rifle and pistol found hidden in company van: Pinole PD

(KRON) — An employee at a Pinole business was discovered to be a convicted felon after ghost guns were uncovered in their company vehicle, said Pinole police.

Police said the employer did a surprise spot check of one of their employees at a job site located in the 1400 block of Fitzgerald Drive.

“Pinole officers responded and the employee was safely detained,” said police in a social media post Thursday night. “During a search of the company van, a ghost (unserialized) rifle and ghost pistol with matching ammunition was located in the van.”
