SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — “KPop Demon Hunters” is coming to theaters again for Halloween weekend, and fans are expected to dress up and sing along. Tickets and showtimes will be available this Friday.

The film, created by Sony Pictures Animation, was released on Netflix over the summer and has captured audiences with catchy music and beautiful animation. “Golden,” which topped the charts on Billboard’s Hot 100, was sung by the fictional K-pop group, HUNTR/X, from the movie, showing how “KPop Demon Hunters” has become a true phenomenon.

“KPop Demon Hunters” will be showing at AMC, Cinemark, and Regal movie theaters in Utah on Friday, Oct. 31, through Sunday, Nov. 2, according to Netflix. The “KPop Demon Hunters Sing-Along Event” is a special version of the film that invites fans of the movie to raise their voices and help “seal the Honmoon” like the fictional girl group does in the film.

Fans are also invited to dress up as their favorite characters from the movie, whether it’s a member of HUNTR/X or the Saja Boys or even a background character. Officially licensed costumes for HUNTR/X were released in children’s and adult sizes earlier this year at Spirit Halloween.

Tickets for the Halloween weekend screenings go on sale on Friday, Oct. 17, at 7 a.m. MDT. Visit their website or check your theater’s local listings to get tickets when they’re available.
