TPD arrived on scene around 9:12 p.m. on Oct. 13 to discover smoke coming from the outside of the building located at 2102 NW Topeka Blvd. The cause of the fire was determined to be an accidental electrical fire.
One person was taken into custody as a part of the investigation.
