While searching the vehicle, police claimed a green, leafy substance and a crystal-like substance in a silver metal container were found inside a purse.

The driver, 61-year-old Calvin Napier, and the passenger, 49-year-old Melena Henson, were arrested.

A glass meth pipe was also found inside the purse, which the police said belonged to Henson. In an arrest citation, the police noted the pipe was burnt and had a white crystal-like residue inside.
