Constable Edwin Shorty concedes Orleans Parish sheriff election
NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Constable Edwin “Shorty” Jr. concedes to elected Sheriff Michelle Woodfork on Saturday at The O Bar, Uptown.

While thanking supporters, Shorty urged the community to support the newly elected candidates.

Shorty will serve as Algiers City Constable for the 2nd city court until 2031.
