Natalie jetted off around 3:30 p.m. on Friday to experience a brief in-air formation, some loops and spins along with a beautiful glimpse of aerial views.
After the experience she said, “I’ve always been a bit of a WILD CHILD so no way would I have ever said no to a ‘ride of a lifetime’ like this. I absolutely enjoyed every second up in the skies. Count me down to get back up there any time! And massive shout out to Pilot Bryan for taking me along. The formation process was insanely impression. Surely have to be skilled up for that. Then getting to hear some of the behind-the-scene chatter behind pilots was very cool. Huge thank you so much to the show for making this opportunity possible.”
Here’s some video that her videographer, Justin Abshire, captured from the ground of Natalie’s “in-flight experience” for you to check out:
Natalie spoke with the Airshow Foundation Board’s Morgan Seale who says ticket sales this year are 10x better than previous years, gives us a preview of the fun things you’ll see and get to experience while here in addition to explaining how the show actually gives back to the community:
Natalie also spoke with Dan Fordice, the Pilot of the P51 Mustang who explains how he’s tried for years to finally get to fly in this show and what makes this airshow is so special:
There’s still time to check out the Hammond Northshore Regional Airshow this Saturday, but if you can’t make it you have another chance on Sunday…
