According to a spokesperson, the seasonal route will operate on Saturdays through August, with flights taking just over two hours.
“We believe there’s strong year-round demand for this destination,” said Shane Carter, the airport’s director of public affairs. “I appreciate the airline giving us the opportunity to demonstrate the strength of our market.”
The flights will depart Little Rock at 11:10 a.m. CST and arrive in Orlando at 2:20 p.m. EST, with the return leaving Orlando at 10:20 a.m. EST and arriving in Little Rock at 11:40 a.m. CST, officials said.
The announcement continues recent air service expansions at Clinton National Airport, including new nonstop routes to Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and Nashville, officials said.
