Juvenile stabbed at Millcreek TRAX station during altercation
SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Officials have confirmed that a stabbing occurred at a TRAX station Thursday afternoon.
Shortly before 1 p.m., an altercation occurred between two juveniles, according to Gavin Gustafson with the Utah Transit Authority. During the incident, one juvenile allegedly stabbed the other at the Millcreek TRAX station.
One of the juveniles is reported as having a laceration to the hand. Officials say the suspect has been taken into custody.
According to UTA officials, the altercation did not cause delays to TRAX service. The incident is under investigation by police.
