ST. CHARLES PARISH (WGNO) — Interstate 310 southbound is currently closed after a commercial vehicle turned over, spilling gravel and debris on the road.
According to Louisiana State Police Troop B, state troopers and the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development are at the scene and assessing the damage to begin clearing the road. There is no estimated time of the reopening of I-310.
I-310 is closed at the I-310 exits from I-10 west and east, according to LSP. All commuters are advised to take US 61 to avoid the closure.
