Maryland State Police told DC News Now that shortly after 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 8, troopers responded to I-70, near Green Valley Road, for a crash involving a Ford Escape and a tractor-trailer.
The driver of the Ford was taken to the shock trauma center for treatment. The extent of the driver’s injuries is unknown.
